Our Chrome Extension

Step 1: Download the Extension

Visit the Chrome Web Store: TheJobApplier Extension. Click 'Add to Chrome' and confirm.

Step 2: Pin the Extension

Click the puzzle icon in Chrome, then click the pin icon next to 'Job Applier AI' for quick access.

Step 3: Install & Review Permissions

The extension requires access to job application pages for autofilling forms. It does not track your browsing or send data unless you click "Apply." Only the necessary details are sent—no background tracking, no extra data collection. Your privacy stays in your control.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

Fill in your profile details and upload your resume or cover letter. This allows the extension to autofill applications and tailor cover letters for each job.

Step 5: Open Your Dashboard & Start Applying!

Ensure your job application dashboard is open while using the extension. If it's not open, the plugin will automatically open it for you.

Now you're all set! Use the extension to autofill applications and track job progress.
